Terms of Service
New/Revamped Websites
For any new site undertaking or complete revamp of a site Aardvark Media will require a non-refundable down payment of 40% on the site in order to make sure the company is compensated for any issues. From there the final payment will be made after seeing the created site on a test url provided by Aardvark Media of where the client can request any final changes before it's made live. Additionally, any site run on our servers is owned and managed by Aardvark Media. It can be removed by request to put on another server though all owned monthly fees must be cleared before doing so.
Maintenance
Like most companies and online media companies Aardvark Media also has a terms of service. When working with Aardvark Media on any sort of maintenance we will require a signed contract in respect to make sure that payments for invoices are fulfilled at one month after the initial email send out. This keeps things in order and makes sure that Aardvark Media is getting paid for working that has been completed. If there are any complaints after the invoice is sent make sure to voice within a period of one week or any time later they are void.
Video Production
Same as the case with projects of Web Development, a non-refundable down payment of 35% is required in order to make sure Aardvark Media is compensated for time. Recurring customers with trust of the company may be able to wave this fee, though that will be up to the claim of the video director in control at Aardvark Media. Quality will always be 1080p in final video production so that all work looks the best it possibly can.
Weddings
All wedding packages will require a 40% non-refundable downpayment before the event in order to secure a space and make sure that Aardvark Media is compensated for the time of the project.
